Bridge No.68 - A1 Grantham Bypass

The canal is culverted underneath the A1. If tunneling under the road proves too costly, a marina may be constructed here. The new landing stage has been created in the vicinity.

The canal emerges again beside the Ramada Hotel. The road above is called "Swingbridge Road"

The cruiseway is in remarkably good condition.
